Wikki Tourists continued with their impressive run in the Nigeria league after they snatched a point at Dolphins following a 1-1 draw to keep the pressure on the top two teams.
Wikki Tourists are third on the league table with 29 points from 16 games, while Dolphins have 14 points from 16 games.
In the 58th minute, Wikki took the lead through Mubarak Umar in what looked like the winner until a minute to the end of the game, when Victor Ezurike equalised for Dolphins from the penalty spot.

Super Eagles Forward, Emmanuel Emenike has surprisingly told Fenerbache coach Vitor Pereira that he is now a Muslim.
Emenike who failed to join the squad up for breakfast on Saturday, prompting the Portuguese to probe his absence on why he didn’t join up with the squad in the morning: “I’m fasting,” Emenike reportedly told the coach according to Turkish daily Fanatik.

NFF axe Falcons coach, Edwin Okon
After picking up just a single point at the FIFA Women's World Cup in Canada, the 'praying coach' who snubbed a hand shake from his American counter part, pays the ultimate price.
NFF Technical Committee Chairman, Felix Anyansi-Agwu, yesterday in Abuja praised Coach Okon and his crew for doing their best within the period they were in charge of the team, adding, however, "the contract given to the crew has elapsed with the Women's World Cup in Canada."
Anyansi revealed that "Mr. Christopher Danjuma will now take over the team in acting capacity, pending the appointment of a substantive coaching crew, which process is ongoing."
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) yesterday dropped Super Falcons' Coach, Edwin Okon, from the women national team. In his place, the federation named former Plateau United tactician, Christopher Danjuma, in acting capacity.

Danjuma was an assistant to Okon in the previous dispensation and his first assignment will be to see the Falcons past Equatorial Guinea, with the first leg in Port Harcourt on July 18 and the return leg in Bata on August 2.

Kaduna to host Nigeria/Egypt tie
The Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna state will host the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match between the Super Eagles and the Pharaohs of Egypt.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Wednesday on its website said the match is scheduled for Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
It however said officials have also confirmed that work would be undertaken on the stadium’s pitch, and a couple of other areas which need to be improved before the match.
Nigeria and Egypt share top spot on the Group G table of the qualifiers, with the Pharaohs ahead on a one-goal advantage.

The Ivorian Football Federation [FIF] has released a list of 59 coaches who applied to coach the country’s national football team, the Elephants.
Listed among the applicants is Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi, who the Nigeria Football Federation handed a new deal in April.
