“Emenike has had no official offers,” Konyar said.
“Even if he does receive official bids he has no intention to leave Fenerbahçe, he is happy at the club and wants to win the league title.
“Emenike has one goal right now and that is to score as many goals as he can for Fenerbahçe and help the club win a record breaking fourth star.
“If a club wants to hold talks with him they can if they meet his minimum fee release clause of €20 million but as I said he is not interested in leaving right now.”
Emenike has been closely linked with a move to England and Qatar over recent weeks.
Tottenham have been keeping tabs on Emenike according to Turkish newspaper Milliyet.
The 27-year-old striker joined Fenerbahçe last summer from Spartak Moscow for €13 million, and scored 12 goals as well as providing 9 assists last season.
