The club's technical director Serge Yalcin said based on the coach's recommendation Chrisantus and three other players namely Shahbaz Ahmed, Berk Neziroglulari and Cihan Ozkara have been released.

Club president Majnun Otyakmaz said he wishes the players well.

"I want to thank the players who are leaving the team because of the effort they put in. The first half did not go well for us. We want to make a good start in the second half of the season. We parted ways with four of our players in line with the report of our coach," he said.
