Ideye needs a break- West Brom Boss

West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis says that he was pleased with Brown Ideye's overall performance against Hull today, despite the striker missing a glaring chance just before half-time.

Ideye has scored just twice for Albion since his big money summer move, but Pulis believes he will come good.

"You need to take those chances," Pulis said of Ideye's first-half miss. "When you get opportunities like that you have to take them. But Brown worked hard today; he really worked the line well and Berahino played well off him.

"He needs a break, and that break is sticking the ball in the back of the net. He looked sharp around the pitch, he caused the two centre halves problems, he got up the sides three or four times today, but the kid needs a goal."

WestBrom defeated Hull city 1-0 at the hawthorns thanks to a Saido Berahino goal assisted by Victor Anichebe who replaced his compatriot in the game.
