Musa not bothered by Egypt's big win

Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa is not concerned with Egypt’s top performance in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying.
The CSKA Moscow star said earlier in a press conference that his Nigerian side must stay focused to earn their way up to the finals in Gabon.
“We followed [Egypt’s] game against Chad [on Sunday] but we are not under any pressure.”
The Nigerian then added, “It was a good game for them because they won 5-1 but for us, we are only thinking about the two games we will play against them both at home and away.”
“We don’t have to think about Egypt but concentrate on ourselves. We have the quality and we believe in our coaches. Hopefully, we can do it and make our country proud,” he said.It is worth mentioning that the Super Eagles stand in second place of Group G after earning 3 points against Chad with a 2-0 win, and another point against Tanzania with a 0-0 draw.
On the other hand, the Pharaohs stand first place after winning their two qualifier games; beating Tanzania 3-0 and Chad, 5-1.
Both teams will go head to head in the group’s top clash on Wednesday the 23rd of March, 2016, in Nigeria.
