The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has settled to have the Super Eagles play Bolivia in an international friendly after being snubbed by five-time world champions, Brazil.
The NFF on Friday confirmed that the Eagles will now tackle the Senior National Team of Bolivia in an international friendly at the Akwa Ibom Stadium in Uyo on Thursday, March 26 2015.
“We have had to work at a pace to seal agreement for this match, after the Brazilian Football Federation opted out at the last hour.

“However, we believe that the Bolivia team will give the Super Eagles a good match, as we continue to work on a second match for the Eagles for either 29th March,” NFF President Amaju Pinnick, was quoted as saying in a press statement signed on Friday by NFF spokesperson Ademola Olajire.
While the Eagles are ranked 42nd in the world and 7th in Africa, Bolivia are fifty places behind in 92nd spot.
The game at the Akwa Ibom Stadium will be the first for the Super Eagles main team this year as only the home based Eagles have had course to play two test games this year.
It is believed that the Bolivia friendly will serve as a good dress rehearsal for the Eagles as they get set for the fast approaching 2017 Africa Cup of Nations and 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers later in the year.
The NFF President reiterated the commitment of the present board in ensuring that the Super Eagles are occupied on every FIFA window, with quality games.
