Emenike finally breaks goal drought after Undergoing Turkish Ritual

Super Eagles forward, Emmanuel Emenike, found the back of the net for the first time in ten games scoring Fenerbache's second goal in their 2-1 victory over Karabukspor after undergoing a Turkish ritual.

It was reported in the Turkish media that the power playing forward underwent a Turkish Schaminic ritual to lift a curse that he believes has been placed on him.

"My energy is not right, something is wrong, I just need a goal to get back to form, " he was quoted as saying.

Emenike, who last scored 02 November 2014, finally got back to scoring ways after being cleansed of all evil eyes. He made it two for his team in the 58th minute against his former side Karabukspor and lasted the entire duration of the game.

The goal was Emenike's third of the season from 15 games so far and manager Ismail Kartal will be hoping he embark on a goal scoring run.

Last season he scored 12 times from 28 games just two goals shy of his best ever goal tally of 14 in 23 games for Karabukspor in the 2010/2011 season.

The 27-year-old forward out of respect didn't celebrate the goal as it was against the team that gave him his big break in Europe.
