Super Eagles striker, Ikechukwu Uche has signed a two year extension to his contract at his Spanish club Villarreal.
Uche is one of the 42 players involved in the Zaragoza-Levante match-fixing case which is currently being investigated by a a public prosecutor penned a two-year extension, which will take him to 2017 at the El Madrigal.
The player expressed his delight saying:

Uche also stated that he is happy with the Yellow Submarines and that was the end of the matter.
"I feel very happy for my renewal with, I will do my best to help the team," he concluded.
Uche, joined Villarreal at the beginning of the 2012/13 season has been the team’s highest scorer for the past two seasons with 14 goals. He has scored five goals in all competition so far this season.
He is expected to be in action for Villareal in Sunday's home clash against Deportivo La Coruna.
