Hapoel Tel Aviv of Israel have suspended Nigerian Midfielder Harmony Ikande for granting an unauthorised interview to Israeli press.
We gather that Ikande is said to have violated the club's regulations by granting the interview hence the ban.
The Nigerian midfielder complained bitterly in the interview about the poor treatment he's been getting from current Tel Aviv manager Asi Domb, and promised to leave the club in the january transfer window.
Ikande will have his chance to clear his name when he faces the club's disciplinary panel in the coming days, but for the moment he remains banned from club activities.
The central midfielder who has constantly been played as a defender since signing for Hapoel, will be allowed to leave in january if any team comes with a better offer as stipulated in his contract.
